The Contracts Administrator ensures that all contract-related activities are executed accurately, efficiently and in full compliance with contractual obligations. By managing complex work packages, providing guidance to junior staff and serving as the focal point for client escalations the role safeguards the organization against contractual risks, supports successful project delivery and strengthens collaboration across project teams.

• Administer major subcontract packages and the main contract ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and manage contractual correspondence and notices in a timely manner.
• Support or lead claims disputes and EOT (Extension of Time) submissions.
• Monitor compliance with contractual requirements and provide guidance to project teams.
