Summary This position is part of the Department of Energy. As a Grants Management Specialist, you will manage all aspects of the functional area of grants management, including grants formation, funding opportunities, negotiations, cost and price analysis, award, grants administration, termination, and close-out for a variety of grants which frequently require special handling or other specialized terms and conditions.
