Graphic Artist – Talent Acquisition

The Graphic Artist – Talent Acquisition is responsible for designing visually engaging and high-impact creative assets that support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate engagement initiatives. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing teams to deliver compelling visuals that attract top talent and strengthen the organization’s brand presence across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Content Development

• Develop creative assets for recruitment campaigns, including:
• Social media graphics (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Job advertisements and hiring posters
• Employee referral campaigns
• Event materials (career fairs, campus hiring, webinars)
• Design visually engaging presentations for Talent Acquisition and leadership reviews
