Graphic Design Lead is a key creative leader within our Strategy & Development team.
This role is responsible for elevating visual storytelling, pursuit deliverables, and marketing collateral across our business units.
The candidate will lead the design and production of high‐end, magazine-quality materials for strategic pursuits, including competitive proposals and client interviews, translating complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives.

Pursuits and Proposals
Lead the design and production of visually sophisticated RFP/RFQ responses, qualification packages, and pursuit collateral across architectural and industrial markets.
Translate strategy, technical content, and data into clear, visually engaging narratives—spreads that look and read like editorial or magazine-quality pieces.
