Position:

• Dates of Coverage: July 1, 6, 10, 13, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31
• Must have active Medicaid ID
• Procedures: Pediatric procedures - including SSC crowns, fillings, pulpotomies, sealants, and hygiene exams
• 25-35 patients per day
