Green Door Gardens and Maintenance is a social enterprise dedicated to the upkeep of South Australian properties and public spaces. Workskil employs people who face barriers to work in this program which enables team members to earn an award wage, while building the practical skills and confidence needed to secure longer term and sustainable employment, at the 6 month mark.

Work for the Dole Supervisor is a hands-on mentoring role to lead and support participants in our WFD Activity at the Smithfield Skills Workshop. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to mentor individuals as they gain valuable experience and confidence in a supportive environment.
