Internship Overview

This 12-month structured internship offers hands‑on experience in commercial greenhouse pepper production. The programme provides exposure to all core operational areas, including crop production, packhouse operations, fertigation and data management, integrated pest and disease management (IPDM), and assistant grower responsibilities. Interns will develop technical and leadership skills essential for modern controlled‑environment agriculture. The intern will report to the Junior Grower / Production Manager, with guidance from department supervisors during rotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Crop Production (±2 months): Perform crop work such as twisting, pruning, deleafing, sanitation, crop establishment, and harvesting. Conduct daily crop checks and irrigation inspections.
