About the role:

We currently have a full time position available for a reliable, flexible and customer service officer to join the Freight team in Alice Springs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating freight distribution for the region

Loading and unloading freight from coaches and trailers, involving repetitive manual handling

Ensure compliance with all Greyhound policies taking particular note of Freight restrictions and guidelines

Processing quotes, bookings and payments for freight consignments

Providing customer service of a high standard

Responding to enquires at the freight counter and over the phone

Maintain the delivery of inbound and outbound Australia Post volumes

Maintaining computerised records for administration purposes

Providing general support to the team
