Job Title: Zonal Head - Sales & Collections - 3 Wheeler Business Unit Base 

Location: Gurugram (Extensive Travel Required) 

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Leader to set up a new business from scratch. As the Zonal Head, the individual will be responsible to set up individual cities and city teams from scratch, and manage a large team as the business scales, with an opportunity to grow into a central leadership role. The core responsibilities of the individual will be to build distribution, own the entire sales cycle, manage collections, repossession & redeployment, customer and dealer experience.

● Team Building & Management : Build and manage high performing sales and collection teams across cities of operations, ensuring target achievement each month.
