Opportunity Description
We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer who will create memorable guest experiences with genuine warmth, attention to detail, and proactive service.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as GRO, Guest Relations, or Front Office in hospitality, beach club, or luxury property.
2. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
3. Confident, warm, and engaging personality.
4. Ability to handle VIP guests with professionalism and care.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
6. Tech-savvy (knowledge of reservation systems, POS, and guest apps is an advantage).
7. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
8. Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
