Ground Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities 1. On-site Charter Operations Oversight
Lead and oversee all ground handling activities for charter flights at the airport.
Ensure smooth execution of aircraft arrival, turnaround, and departure in accordance with schedule.
Act as the primary on-site coordinator during charter operations.
2. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, airport authorities, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, transport) for end-to-end service delivery.
Serve as the main point of contact for any operational issues on-site.
3. Operational Monitoring & Compliance
Monitor ground operations to ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and company SOPs.
Ensure all documentation (flight manifests, permits, handling reports) is accurate and completed timely.
Conduct pre-operation briefings and post-operation reviews.
