Education Requirements (if applicable)

High School Diploma or GED; substitutable for various years of work experience.

Minimum of 2-3 years production line experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and supervise hourly employees

Responsible for the motivation and safety of those employees

Prepare pre-operational paperwork

Ensure area is properly staffed/crewed to meet operational needs

Coach and develop employees to obtain results

Responsible for meeting volume goals, reducing claims, maximizing yields, reducing cost and employee retention
