**Responsibilities for this Maintenance job include:**
Mowing, weed eating, light carpentry, light painting, light plumbing and assist in maintaining grounds. Assist staff and guests, keep ground clean and all other duties assigned.
**Candidates must meet the following qualifications for consideration:**
These positions are evening hours. Must be able to work Thursday through Sunday 10am-8pm and 12noon to 10pm.
· Detail Oriented
· Flexible, full and part-time hours available
· Excellent attendance records
· Self-motivated
· Experience preferred
