Opportunity Description
**Kadiak, LLC,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Grounds Keeper, Laborer to support **Kadiak** and our government customer in in Billings, MT.
Perform all grounds maintenance as required.
**Landscaping:**
+ Mow and edge lawns; trim hedges, shrubs, and trees. Water and fertilize plants and lawns.
+ Weed applied pesticides/herbicides (Vendor Assist Integrated Pest Management, rake leaves, disposed of debris, and pruned/shaped trees and bushes (Vendor Assist Arborist).
**Maintenance:**
+ Maintain/repair irrigation systems; lean and maintain garden tools/equipment; remove snow/ice from walkways and driveways; perform regular ground inspections and grounds tours.
**Administrative:**
+ Enter/update service requests in NCMMS (MAXIMO).
+ Close out work orders and maintenance actions. Assist with reporting requirements.

Respond to general maintenance tasks. Assist maintenanc...
