About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and attractive communal spaces across estates in Slough and the surrounding areas, delivering high quality grounds maintenance services in line with horticultural best practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out grounds maintenance duties including grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, weed control and litter picking.

Completing scheduled work as instructed by the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader.

Using a PDA system to record visits and tasks completed.

Working in line with Health & Safety procedures and participating in regular Toolbox Talks.
