Group Accountant (Big4 Audit + Corporate Conso)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Consolidating for the entire group of other business
• Taking a lead role in guiding finance staff in the group to ensure compliance of accounting, tax, legal and corporate matters
• Managing the corporate month-end accounting process
• Preparation of the monthly management reports, SGX financial statements and commentary (if applicable)
• Preparation of the group consolidated financial statements and the Board reporting pack
• Consolidation of the group budget for the management reporting pack
• Managing the monthly variance analysis and providing commentary on the financial performance 
• Liaising with internal and external auditors
