Group Benefits Consultant

I’m working with a growing, employee-owned actuarial and benefits consultancy that is looking to add an experienced Group Benefits Consultant to its Montréal team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with around 3 to 7 years of group insurance experience who wants a broad consulting role, close client exposure, and the chance to work in a collaborative environment where people are trusted, visible, and actively involved in the success of the business.

The role

You’ll work as part of a consulting team advising clients on a wide range of group benefits projects. The work is varied, technical, client-facing, and hands-on, with close support from senior consultants and account leads.

Typical responsibilities will include:
