Group Financial Accountant

An investment holding company with a portfolio of clients seeks to employ a group financial accountant. You will form part of a strong yet small finance team of other chartered accountants, from whom you will learn a lot. This position comes with lots of flexibility.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Management Accounts
- Loan account reconciliations
- Drafting of reports for the finance and risk committee, as well as board of directors
- Tax Calculations and Compliance
- Compilation of group consolidated budgets and budget reporting pack
- Group consolidated cash flow forecast
- Assistance/involvement with mergers and acquisitions
- Ensure that financial transactions in the group are recorded in compliance with IFRS
- Assist group companies with technical accounting transactions and year-end reporting packs
