Opportunity Description
Responsibilities: Lead, train, and inspire F&B managers, supervisors, and culinary teams to consistently achieve and exceed established food preparation and service standards.
Oversee and manage the overall operations of the Food & Beverage departments across the hotel group, ensuring consistency in service delivery, safety, hygiene, and compliance with corporate policies.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relations and guest experiences, maintaining well-developed interpersonal skills.
Collaborate with property-level F&B teams to innovate and drive revenue growth through new product offerings, concepts, and promotions.
Plan, forecast, and manage the financial performance of the F&B departments, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
Monitor performance to ensure all financial targets are met, working closely with property managers to adjust strategies where necessary.
