Lead Midrand operations and drive group-wide strategic, financial, and marketing performance across all entities. You will be personally accountable for achieving monthly revenue targets , rolling out a multi-entity marketing plan, recruiting sales & BD talent per region, and managing a performance-based bonus pool to motivate staff.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business Management (or a related field)
