Overview

The salary for this role is £86,758. The position is full‑time, with onsite work expected three days per week and flexible working arrangements available. The role can be based at Culham, Oxfordshire. Eligibility for SC Clearance and DBS checks is required, including residence in the UK for the last five years.

You will lead the development and delivery of a risk‑based internal audit strategy aligned with UKAEA’s mission, providing independent assurance to senior stakeholders including the CEO, Board, and Audit & Risk Assurance Committee.

• Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive, risk‑based audit plan.
• Set the strategy for the Group Internal Audit stakeholder engagement plan and deliver it.
