Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our growing KJS Group, supporting operations across our portfolio of companies. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will oversee all core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and compliance, serving a diverse workforce of approximately 100+ employees across multiple locations (Johor Bahru, Sarawak, Sabah, and Indonesia). This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands‑on operational management, ideal for someone who thrives in a growing, dynamic business environment.
