Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Human Resources Manager at Winmark Investments Pte Ltd., located in Singapore. The Group Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR strategies, policies, and programs. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing HR needs of investee companies, tracking corporate performance with contributions of each and every member in each entity, overseeing appraisal and compensation issues and policies, working with managers on training and/or redeployment to optimize productivity with career development of ke...
