Opportunity Description
The Global Pricing & Enablement Strategy Manager helps shape the pricing approach for the group customer segment globally including the support of online distribution of group bookings ensuring that we maximize demand conversion and optimize hotel profit.
Your day to day
+ Partner with internal teams including P&T along with key vendors to define commercial ambition globally.
+ Work closely with Regional RM and Commercial leaders to socialize and ensure strategic roadmaps align with the needs of each BU
+ Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps and surface them proactively to leadership.
+ Partner with project manager to design and execute workplans and milestones across teams
+ Partner with Enablement and Learning & Development to support needed training materials and supporting communications
