1. Portfolio Strategy & Growth
- Define and drive portfolio strategy and long-term growth plans
- Optimize product mix, prioritization, and resource allocation
2. Brand & Lifecycle Management
- Oversee full lifecycle management of assigned brands
- Review and approve marketing plans and ensure consistent execution
3. Market & Consumer Insights
- Lead market, consumer, and competitor analysis
- Translate insights into actionable growth initiatives
4. Product Launch & Innovation (NPI)
- Oversee end-to-end new product launches across portfolio
- Ensure strong cross-functional coordination and timely delivery
5. Commercial & Financial Performance
- Accountable for portfolio P&L (sales, market share, profitability)
- Drive ROI and performance optimization across brands
