Main Duties andResponsibilities (not limited to thefollowing)

• Partner with internal teams to identify the pipeline of new initiatives and projects that require notations.
• Organize and track the pipeline, capturing readiness-for-approval data and other relevant information.
• Ensure an aligned and consistent pipeline view across internal teams and partners.
• Maintain and update project approval data and dashboards.
• Prepare the weekly management dashboard for projects (Pipeline, InFlight Projects, and Target Delivery views).
• Prepare the agenda and work with internal teams on content for the weekly Pipeline Deck Review cadence.
• Organize and manage the circulation of pipeline decks (investment proposals) for leadership review.
• Support pipeline education and training needs for internal teams.
