The Opportunity
1 Digital Stack is looking for growth-minded individuals who have been in the trenches — founders who have built D2 C or marketplace brands, and operators who know what it takes to grow on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other platforms from first principles.
This is not a conventional sales or account management role. As a Growth Consultant at 1 DS, you will embed yourself as a strategic partner to consumer brands — understanding their category dynamics, diagnosing marketplace performance gaps, and co-creating growth roadmaps that span media, assortment, pack architecture, and execution. You will be the person our clients call when they want to grow, not just report.
