JOB DESCRIPTION

Growth Protocol is hiring a Growth Delivery Director to lead the deployment of our neuro‑symbolic reasoning platform across enterprise client engagements. You will own the full client relationship from onboarding through expansion — translating complex business challenges into structured, high‑impact workflows and ensuring clients realize measurable value from the platform.

This is a strategic and hands‑on role. You will work directly with C‑suite and senior stakeholders on problems like Which high‑growth category should we enter next? or How will tariff shifts impact our core portfolio? — then partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI/ML teams to design and deploy the reasoning workflows that answer them.
