Manage and optimise CRM performance, including lead capture, routing, automation, and full funnel conversion. Deliver an integrated SEO and AEO strategy, creating commercially focused content tailored to modern search and AI-driven answer engines. Build and maintain performance dashboards, connecting datasets across all channels to deliver structured monthly reporting with clear actionable insights.
