Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of dedicated marketing growth projects aimed directly at increasing Atome’s user base and market penetration in Malaysia for online and offline channels.
- Growth Experiments: Continuously pitch, build, and test offline growth loops (e.g., location‑specific referral incentives, on‑site first‑purchase triggers, and physical‑to‑digital bridge mechanics) to systematically lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Funnel Optimization: Run data‑driven project sprints focused on optimizing specific stages of the user lifecycle—from initial onboarding and profile completion to increasing transaction frequency.
- Retention Sprints: Develop project‑based retention mechanics and incentive frameworks to build purchasing habits and maximize user lifetime value via loyalty initiatives.
