About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional Growth Ninja to pioneer the expansion of our flagship fitness service, Cultfit , into India's Tier 2 (T2) cities. This is a high-ownership role requiring a data-driven approach and a comfort level with ambiguity. You will take full ownership of the T2 growth loop, from discovering and defining the core strategy to planning, executing, and delivering revenue targets . Success in this role directly translates to unlocking the next phase of Curefit's market leadership. Key Responsibilities: This role sits at the intersection of Strategy, Operations, and Marketing. Your mandate will be broken down into three core pillars. 1. Strategic Ownership & Planning Own & maximize B2C revenue and user growth across all channels within the T2 city portfolio.
