Growth Marketing Associate, Google Ads

As the Growth Marketing Associate, you will accelerate new customer acquisition and reactivations across CookUnity’s ideal customer segments while maintaining efficient CAC. You will develop and execute data‑driven paid search plans and manage a cross‑channel portfolio that includes search, display, video, and performance‑max campaigns, collaborating closely with CRM, creative, branding, product, tech, and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day campaigns in Google Paid Search, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.
• Conduct competitive SERP research, keyword discovery, asset creation, and trend analysis.
