The **Growth Marketing Director** drives sustainable revenue growth through data‑driven acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies across Cengage. You’ll have the opportunity to build and scale a high-impact growth engine and shape how we acquire and convert customers at scale, partnering closely with Portfolio, Product, Sales, and Marketing to accelerate customer and revenue growth.

+ Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned to business goals
+ Identify and prioritize high‑impact growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle
+ Own growth objectives and key results, forecasting, and performance reporting
