Growth Executive

£35k - £45k + Bonus + Share Options. Hybrid - London based (Victoria Station) & Remote up to 2 days per week.

About the role

This is a growth role with three jobs. You'll own a small number of our brands and their commercial targets, grow the AI tooling the whole growth team runs on, and over time take our performance marketing to the next level. You'll work in weekly sprints, embedded in the operating rhythm of the business, close to both the consumer and the numbers.

What you'll own

1. Your brands. You'll own a small portfolio of brands end to end and carry their commercial targets — GMV, margin, growth. To hit them you'll work across operations, design and franchise teams, ship experiments every week and launch new products.
2. The growth‑tech stack. The growth team runs on a suite of in‑house AI tools — the Growth Assistant, Split Solve and others. You'll be their sharpest user and their product owner: f...
