Opportunity Description
Our client in the Construction Industry is looking to hire a GS training and Development Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities Develop and oversee the implementation of the Company's training, learning and development plans and policies and that are aligned with Group's People Strategy, Transformation Plan, and legislative requirements. Lead the implementation of Bursary, Graduate Mentorship, Apprenticeship and Learnership Programmes. Coordinate the implementation and administration of the Group's leadership development programmes. Lead the implementation of the Company's induction programme. Ensure accurate, complete, and up to date training records on the HR/Payroll and other systems to enable accurate reporting. Prepare accurate, effective, and timeous training reports and statistics to internal stakeholders such as CHRO, Exco and the Board.
