GTM Chief of Staff (Argentina)

ElevenLabs is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the GM of LATAM and build a high‑impact GTM team across Latin America.

• Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning
• Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the LATAM team
• Support and align teams in complex deal execution
• Sit in on AE interviews and customer meetings, representing the GM when needed
• Manage complex calendars and coordination across multiple time zones
• Keep the team aligned on company processes and following through on commitments
• Identify and solve operational problems before they become bigger ones
• Use AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply your impact
• Handle sensitive matters with discretion and act as a trusted partner across the organization
