The Residence Manager serves as the primary liaison between owners, residents, and the various operational departments of SHA, fostering an exclusive, efficient, and detail-oriented experience while ensuring the proper operation of residences in accordance with the brand's luxury, wellness, and quality standards.

Additionally, this role is responsible for leading the assigned team, coordinating personalized services, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the hospitality philosophy and holistic wellness approach of SHA Mexico.

• Efficient management and operation of residential properties, ensuring owner satisfaction, property maintenance, and financial performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and residents, ensuring close, professional, and efficient communication.
• Manage special requests, incidents, and requirements from residents and guests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
