Position Summary

Supply guests/residents with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation and local interests. Contact appropriate departments (Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security/Loss Prevention) as needed to resolve guest requests or problems. Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction, record and relay messages accurately, and notify Loss Prevention/Security of reports of theft.
