Guest Experience Coordinator - Events & Hospitality

Quintevents, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator in Greater London to be the voice of the company to customers. This role requires maintaining guest relationships post-purchase, addressing guest concerns, and providing assistance in event matters.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be proficient with SalesForce. A multi-lingual capability is strongly preferred, particularly in Spanish or French.
