Grand Hyatt Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa is looking for two Guest Experience Intern to join the team and support the delivery of outstanding guest experiences throughout the stay.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Guest Experience team in delivering personalized service to guests
- Assist in handling guest requests, incidents, and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up
- Monitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback during the stay
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Support the implementation of quality and service standards
- Assist in guest engagement and loyalty initiatives
- Provide support in managing online reputation platforms and guest reviews
