Lead Host – Duty Manager

Responsible for supervising House Hosts and delivering exceptional guest service at Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara. Located in Mont Kiara suburb, 5 km from downtown Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and lead all House Hosts.
• Conduct daily briefings, share guest feedback, NPS scores, World of Hyatt enrollment targets and highlight high‑performing Hosts.
• Act as Manager on Duty in absence of Hotel Manager and General Manager.
• Ensure brand promise is delivered and guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay.
• Handle guest inquiries courteously, resolve issues satisfactorily, and maintain positive interactions with guests and colleagues.
