Guest Experience & Membership Growth Executive

Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore is seeking a dedicated team member to drive resort visitation and membership sign-ups through excellent customer service. You will assist in daily operations and ensure guests are informed about in-house programs and changes.

The ideal candidate is at least 21 years old, holds a Degree or Diploma in Business, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, is essential.
