The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is seeking a Guest Services Agent to create memorable experiences for guests throughout check-in, check-out, and reservations. This role requires a candidate with excellent customer service skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
The ideal candidate will be confident, well-groomed, and possess effective communication skills in English. Familiarity with Opera and Microsoft Office is an advantage, as well as the ability to handle pressure and work on rotating shifts.
