Opportunity Description
We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized Guest Relations Coordinator to help drive the guest experience across our restaurants.
This is a hospitality-first role for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people, loves the details, and understands that the guest experience often starts long before anyone walks through the door.
You’ll sit at the intersection of guest relations, reservations, events, and day-to-day operational coordination, helping keep the front end of the business organized, polished, and commercially effective.
This is a coordinator role with real room for growth into a Guest Relations Manager position, including leadership over key guest-facing personnel as the department evolves.
