A bit about what you will do...
The Guest Relations Ambassador will directly report to the Guest Relations Manager and is responsible ensuring that on all occasions guests are completely satisfied with their stay and that the service they receive meets or exceeds their expectations.
- Greets and maintain an excellent working relationship with guests/clients and colleagues.
- Attend to any guest comments / queries brought to their attention and deals with these efficiently and courteously.
