Guest Relations Executive (Floor)

NAEUM Restaurant Group operates three concepts: i) NAE:UM, a 1 MICHELIN-starred restaurant serving contemporary Korean cuisine, ii) HIDEAWAY by NAE:UM, our private dining space, iii) GU:UM Contemporary Grill, a premium Korean steakhouse.
We are currently looking for a Guest Relations Executive to manage reservations and guest relations at our anchor restaurant NAE:UM.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE: prior work experience, at least 1 year, in a MICHELIN-starred or MICHELIN-keyed establishment
- Strong communication and soft skills with excellent grasp of English and Chinese languages
- Training experience to uphold service quality, standards, and crisis management
- Familiarity with common reservation systems
- Languages: strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Experience in communicating professionally via e-mails
- MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) familiarity a must
- At least 3 years of total Front of House experience in F&B
