**Description:**

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing professional and friendly front desk service to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience. This role supports Front Office operations by handling guest check-in and check-out, responding to inquiries, and assisting guests with their needs throughout their stay.

+ Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently according to hotel procedures.
+ Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
+ Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
