Opportunity Description

Job Description
  • Assist guests with check-in and checkout, including cashiering duties and room key issuance
  • Review arrival lists and prepare guest information systems prior to arrival
  • Welcome guests and provide special recognition to repeat guests and VIPs
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met
  • Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently
  • Manage guest communications including mail, messages, and telephone inquiries
  • Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
  • Monitor in-house credit matters and report any discrepancies
  • Alert Security or Duty Manager of any suspicious activity or persons
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Computer literacy
