Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure and assist with their luggage.
- Collaborate closely with the Front Office team to provide courteous and efficient service to guests.
- Establish rapport with in-house and long-staying guests, offering assistance as needed.
- Respond efficiently and tactfully to guests’ requests and enquires, including hotel facilities and services, as well as general information beyond the hotel (e.g. local attractions, transportation options, dining recommendations, etc.).
- Liaise closely with Reception on guests’ arrival and departure.
- Make courtesy calls to guests.
- Stay well-versed and updated on all tourists related information, events and conferences.
- Manage guest baggage storage, as well as the delivery of parcels and correspondence.
