Guest Service Assistant

Our Guest Service Assistants are at the heart of the guest experience, making sure every visitor feels welcome and cared for. While reception will be your specialist area, you’ll receive full training to work across all guest-facing areas of the hotel, from reception to food and beverage, making this the perfect opportunity to kick start your career in hospitality.

This role reports directly to the Guest Service Manager.

What you’ll do

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with tasks including check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests, adapting your approach to each individual.
